Maintenance Services for In-Warranty and Out-of-Warranty Equipment

We deliver full service maintenance covering both in-warranty and out-of-warranty multi-vendor equipment. Services include remedial maintenance, replacement parts and technical engineering support. Services are available on-site or through our centralized depot facility, depending on your requirements and manufacturer guidelines.

Point-of-Sale (POS)
Maintenance Services for Retailers

We offer full service maintenance for your multi-vendor POS systems, including terminals, flat screens/monitors, scanners, signature capture and verification devices, printers and in-store processors. We cover both in-warranty and out-of-warranty equipment, delivering on-site for your store locations throughout North America.

To support your store operations, we also provide on-site installation of POS terminals through our Advantage Install POSSM  Pre-Packaged Services and on-site installation and servicing of kiosks through our  Advantage KioskSM Services. Technical Staff

We can provide on-site, dedicated technical staff to augment your internal IT resources as a cost effective alternative. We offer certified technicians and flexible scheduling to meet your exact requirements, including Hardware, Software and Network Engineers.  These competitively priced resources are available on  full or part-time basis and can perform break-fix repairs, desk side support, network administration and other activities.

 

Ad Hoc Services

In support of your budgeting requirements, we offer the option of designating pre-paid funds for ad hoc service requests that are outside the scope of your service contract. Pre-paid funds can be used towards ad hoc equipment repairs, desk side support, IMAC support, non-warranty parts purchased for repair and other requests.

 

Preventive Maintenance
