Monthly Maintenance
Barrister contract services deliver premium support to get your equipment repaired fast. These competitively priced services offer predictable hardware problem resolution and are supported by pre-defined service level agreements.

If your IT equipment is still working but your original warranty has expired, Barrister’s monthly maintnenance advantage provides you with the extended coverage you need to help maximize the value of your IT asset inventory.

Our Monthly Maintenance Advantage service plans provide you with coverage that usually exceeds the service levels you were previously getting during the OEM warranty period. Many OEM’s have now begun using the EUR or “End User Replaceable” model for servicing equipment. That means the manufacturer sends you the part needed for repair and you have to install it yourself!

Barrister is a True Service Provider. We never send you a part for repair and ask you to install it yourself. Our skilled technicians meet the part at your location, install the part and test to make sure the equipment is operating to standard before they leave.

Maintenance Services for In-Warranty and Out-of-Warranty Equipment
We offer monthly maintenance services for equipment still under warranty. Many of our clients know a fast response and quick resolution to their IT challenges is critical to their success. They have dealt with the frustrations of and delays of “in-warranty service work” by the manufacturer.
Barrister’s flexibility and parts sourcing relationships make us the smart choice for companies who seek dependable, reliable and accurate onsite repair work for their in-warranty equipment.

We deliver full service maintenance covering both in-warranty and out-of-warranty multi-vendor equipment. Services include remedial maintenance, replacement parts and technical engineering support. Services are available on-site or through our centralized depot facility, depending on your requirements and manufacturer guidelines.
