A Barrister Printer Maintenance Agreement is a cost effective method to manage the performance of your printers, no matter the manufacturer or where they may be located.  Barrister maintains a fully staffed help desk to provide a one call problem determination and a single point of contact for the repair of one or many printers throughout your business environment.  The Printer Maintenance Agreement can be especially helpful to companies with printers located in many different states or regions, or even in one office.  Barrister’s network of technicians provide onsite repair using quality parts shipped directly to the customer’s location.  The cost savings are significant in terms of the actual cost of the repair and by providing management of the service event by our customer focused client relationship specialists, freeing your staff from this responsibility.  The customer simply phones in or opens a service ticket via our web portal.  Barrister takes over from there, managing the service event through to resolution.
