We are responsible for printer repair on many laser printers, copiers, and multi-function printers for our customers across multiple industries. Barrister is authorized to repair in-warranty units for all the major printer manufactures including: Hewlett-Packard, Compaq, Lexmark, Canon, Xerox, Samsung, Panasonic, and other major brands.
Our certified and licensed technicians stay up to date with current imaging technologies in order to fix your products right the first time. Barrister provides high-quality, fast, on-site response in every zip code in the United States and throughout Canada. Barrister's technicians qualified to get the job done. We are experts at repairing a number of printer error codes and hardware malfunctions. Our customers rely on Barrister to provide minimal downtime and reliability. Barrister employees approximately 20 in-house technical support agents who are on hand to assist technicians with printer service repair. Their goal is to provide a one part/one trip fix for the repair in question. We utilize the latest training methods and our in-house technicians participate weekly in on-going training sessions to provide them with hands-on repair scenarios to better acquaint them with the kinds of problems technicians and customers may experience. We also utilize vendor provided help desks to further support our technical team whenever there is a need. Our in-house technicians are monitored on performance and evaluated on trips and parts per fix on the calls where they are involved. This insures that they are motivated to provide the very best off site technical support available.
